HARTFORD - Greenwich gubernatorial candidate Tom Foley will be making his case to the state Supreme Court later this morning.

The endorsed Republican is expected to say why he believes a state commission should not approve more than $2 million in public campaign funds for his rival.

Foley tells News 12 Connecticut that Lt. Gov. Michael Fedele of Stamford doesn't deserve the money.

The high court is set to hear arguments at 11 a.m. today.
