HARTFORD - Republican candidate for Governor Tom Foley is set to speak this afternoon on his future plans in the wake of last week's election.

Last week, the secretary of the state declared Democrat Dan Malloy the winner by about 5,600 votes.

The Republican chairman says the party spent the weekend reviewing the race and says it was more "fouled up" than previously believed.
