NORWALK - A Norwalk man is facing charges after police say he hit a plow driver with a snow shovel.

Police arrested Tony Thompson, 48, on Wednesday.

Officials say Thompson hit a plow truck with his shovel twice while the driver was clearing snow from the Webster Street Parking Lot.

They say when the driver got out of the truck to speak with him, Thompson hit the driver in the head and arm.
