MILFORD - Traffic is moving again in Milford after a tractor-trailer crash blocked the northbound side of the highway for much of the morning.

The crash involved a tanker truck pinned between two other trucks near exit 40. State police say the first truck slowed down due to traffic, causing a chain-reaction crash.

One of the truck drivers had to be extricated from his cab.

Police say the middle truck spilled 150 gallons of diesel fuel, as well as its liquid latex cargo all over the highway.

One driver was taken to the hospital and is in stable, but guarded condition. Another driver suffered minor back injuries.
