The police report says one of the girls told investigators Ruscoe sent her six or seven photos of his nude wife. The second victim says she told investigators Ruscoe sexually assaulted her at his home in Trumbull.
The report states that Ruscoe led the second victim to his bedroom and attempted to go up her shirt. She states that she said “no what felt like 1,000 times.”
The report says investigators also seized cellphones from Ruscoe and both alleged victims.
Ruscoe is due in court next week. His attorney says he will plead not guilty. He has been suspended from the Trumbull police force with pay.
The victims are members of the police explorers program, which works with youths interested in possible law enforcement careers.
