NORWALK - The state's two largest utility companies say they are aiming to restore power to 95 percent of affected customers by Monday or Tuesday of this week.It comes as temperatures around southwestern Connecticut dip down into the 30s. Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P) has set up a temporary staging area at Sherwood Island State Park in Westport. The utility says it has more than 3,000 power line workers and 1,500 tree workers out in the field, and more arrived yesterday.
