STAMFORD - State police say they have identified the man who was hit and killed by a car on I-95 in Stamford last month.

Troopers say the man was walking in the shoulder, on the southbound side when he was hit Nov. 23

Police say the man was homeless and his friend noticed a sketch that aired on News 12 Connecticut and contacted them.

Police say they are now working to notify the man's family.
