NORWALK - A surveillance video has been released that shows a suspect who may be responsible for painting the numbers '666' on the property of a Norwalk church.

The numbers were painted on a fence outside Miracle Temple Church of God in Christ on Trinity Place, and have since been covered up. Police say they are not considering the act a hate crime, but are calling it a serious act of vandalism that won't be tolerated.

The video shows the suspect lurking in the area at around 11 p.m. on Friday.

The church has a day care center inside of it, and parents say they are very upset about the incident.

Anyone with information is urged to call police.
