NORWALK - Ash clouds created by a volcano eruption in Iceland have caused major travel headaches throughout Europe. Officials say the disruptions have cost airlines at least $200 million a day. The World Health Organization is warning Europeans of the risks of breathing in the ash. WHO officials say small amounts have fallen in Iceland, Norway and Scotland.
