Warrant: Man duped twin's girlfriend for sex

MILFORD - ? Police say an Orange police officer pretended to be his twin brother, then sexually assaulted his brother?s girlfriend.

Although police aren?t saying much, they have confirmed that Orange Police Officer Jared Rohrig turned himself in and is now free on bond.

The arrest warrant states that the alleged victim went to the home where the two brothers live last month. She allegedly started to make out with the person she thought was Joe Rohrig, but later realized that it was in fact Jared. The warrant states that she came to that conclusion when she noticed the individual did not have a tattoo on his left buttocks.

Jared Rohrig is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 8.
