State police are investigating a three-car accident on I-95 in Milford that killed a West Haven man and shut down the highway for several hours

MILFORD - State police are investigating a three-car accident on I-95 in Milford that killed a West Haven man and shut down the highway for several hours overnight.

It happened just after 11:30 p.m. between exits 37 and 38 on the northbound side.

Police identified the victim as Chauncey Shoulders, 26.
