STAMFORD - A teacher at Westhill High School in Stamford has been cleared after an investigation into alleged inappropriate conduct.

School officials say Stamford police found the allegations against the teacher to be unfounded.

Officials had declined to detail exactly what the allegation was.

They say the teacher, who had been placed on leave, will be back on the job as soon as possible.
