Weston High School lockdown lifted
WESTON - School officials temporarily placed Weston High School on lockdown this afternoon due to an unconfirmed threat.
School officials say that they are not sure who made the threat, but had to act in the best interest of the students' safety.
Students were taken to both the middle and intermediate schools after the threat surfaced. School officials say they then dismissed the high school students at 2 p.m., which postponed dismissal for the other schools in the district.
