WESTON - Two months after Tropical Storm Irene, a majority of Weston residents are dealing with the potential of long-term power outages once again.

All of the roads have been reopened, but First Selectwoman Gayle Weinstein says there's no telling how long it will take to get power completely restored, and the lack of information from Connecticut Light and Power is adding to the frustration.

CL&P says it expects to quicken the recovery efforts once more crews reach Connecticut, and once it has completed restoring 44 transmission lines throughout the state. Storm Resource Links Weather Center Watch News 12 Traffic and Weather Watch News 12 MyPics
