WILLIAMSPORT, Penn. - The Westport All-Stars are trying to remain level-headed as they play in the Little League World Series.

The team won its opening game Thursday, defeating Tennessee 3-2. However, players and coaches say they've got plenty of work to do, especially since the competition will only get tougher through the tournament.

Players practiced their fielding and hitting on Friday in advance of their next game against Washington this Sunday at 2 p.m.
