Westport native sexually assaulted in Libya

WESTPORT - Westport native Lynsey Addario says she was repeatedly sexually assaulted while she was being held captive in Libya.

Addario is one of four New York Times journalists who were released yesterday after being held by pro-Gaddafi forces.

Addario tells the Daily Mail of England that she was dragged out of a car at a checkpoint, punched in the face, sexually groped, and was told she was going to be decapitated.

Addario says this pattern of abuse and terror continued for 48 hours.
