Westport police bust 'tourists' with hundreds of pills, marijuana

WESTPORT - Westport police say they arrested two men last night after finding cash, prescription pills and marijuana in their car.

Authorities say Ryan O'Donnell, 19, and Robert O'Neill, 32, were pulled over for running a red light at Riverside Avenue and Route 1. They say the men told them they were on a trip from Florida to Maine and stopped off for ?sightseeing.?

Police say they found almost $800, more than 300 Oxycodone pills and about two grams of marijuana inside the car.

Both suspects are being held on bond.
