WESTPORT - Police say a Westport woman's body was found in the snow early this morning and they consider her death suspicious.

The body of Cindy D'Aiuto, 48, was found near 166 Kings Highway North, according to officials.

Investigators tell News 12 Connecticut that early this morning, a newspaper deliveryman for The Connecticut Post discovered the body. They say it was found in the snow behind the office of SCA Commercial, a real estate and equity management firm.

The Connecticut Post says a fill-in deliveryman found the body at around 5:30 this morning. He said that she was wearing pink pajamas and slippers and was motionless on the ice.

Police say she was pronounced dead at around 10:30 a.m. at Norwalk Hospital. They say an autopsy will be performed tomorrow.
