NORWALK - Debi Dohme, who helps seniors when they're moving, says she worries about her clients.

Dohme wants to know who monitors the drugs they're taking if they go to different doctors and don't have a home health aide to help them.

Norwalk Hospital pharmacist Bob Bepco says most seniors are on at least eight different medications. He says they should use just one pharmacist and ask, "Can you give me a list of all my medications that I am currently taking?"

The pharmacist can also write down the purpose of each medication on the list and give a printout from all the individual's physicians.
