This week's "What's Ailing You" report focuses on an issue to which many parents can relate: kids and how to help keep them calm.

The owner of Norwalk-based LifePath Yoga and Wellness, Nina Antolino, is practicing what she's passionate about - using yoga to center herself and her 7-year-old son, Noah.

Antolino says the benefits carry over to his schoolwork and behavior.

Another expert, therapist Amanda Geffner of the Center for Hope in Darien, recommends a free app called Stop, Breathe, and Think to get kids to de-stress by doing yoga and other activities.

Yoga classes for children are growing in popularity in southwestern Connecticut.
