William Coddaire, Stamford sex offender, facing new charges
STAMFORD - A convicted sex offender in Stamford has been arrested for allegedly propositioning a 15-year-old girl.
Police say the teen contacted them Monday to report William Coddaire, 58, made several sexually explicit comments to her inside the McDonald's on Bedford Street.
He has been charged with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and is being held on $25,000 bail.

Police say Coddaire was placed on the state's Sex Offender Registry after he was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in 2003.
