MILFORD - The Fairfield man accused of bringing two loaded handguns to the University of New Haven went before a judge today.

William Dong, 22, is accused of bringing two guns to the school, forcing the university to go into lockdown for hours.

He stood before a judge in Milford Superior Court with his recently hired defense attorney.

Dong did not enter plea and the hearing lasted one minute, but his attorney says he plans to enter a not guilty plea at his next court appearance.

His case was continued until Jan. 14. Dong has not posted bail and will remain in jail.
