WILTON - A Wilton family might have to destroy its own pool after discovering part of it lies on a neighbor's property. Mitch and Iris Lasky say they are unable to reach a resolution with their neighbors after offering as much as 12 times the going rate. The Laskys say it will cost approximately $50,000 to demolish the pool and another $60,000 to rebuild.

The Laskys say the installer misjudged the pool by 10 feet. The case goes to court next month.
