Wilton family says son not to blame for fatal crash

The Wilton family facing a lawsuit in the death of a 13-year-old boy in a dirt bike crash says their son is not the one

WILTON - The Wilton family facing a lawsuit in the death of a 13-year-old boy in a dirt bike crash says their son is not the one to blame for the fatal accident.

Nick Parisot died when he ran into a rope that had been tied between two trees while riding his dirt bike in June 2008.

Parisot's parents have sued another family, claiming willful and malicious conduct by the family's 12-year-old son was to blame.

Now that boy's family claims Parisot is actually at fault because he failed to keep his dirt bike under control, was going too fast for conditions and failed to keep a proper lookout.
