Wilton police investigate condo robberies

WILTON - Wilton police today are investigating a possible link between two burglaries in two months at the same condo complex.

The latest break-in happened at the Fawn Ridge Condominium, as well as a similar incident back in October.

On Dec. 21, while a resident was away, police say someone broke into the condo by prying open a kitchen window similar to the first incident in October.

Police say this was accessible from a second-story balcony.

They say the thief there made off with $16,000 worth of handguns, jewelry and electronics.

Police say they have no description of the suspect, but think the burglar could strike again. If you have any information, Wilton police want to hear from you at 203-834-6260
