NORWALK - A round of wintry weather may slow drivers across Connecticut.

News 12 Connecticut meteorologists say some snow showers and flurries will continue through the evening hours. The system will clear out by midnight.

Accumulation of a coating to 1 inch is expected for the area. Any wet spots on the roads will likely freeze overnight.

Wednesday is expected to be cold with high temperatures in the low 30s. A wind advisory is in effect through 1 p.m. Wednesday.
