Woman charged in New Canaan jewelry theft

New Canaan police say a woman is facing charges for breaking into a home and stealing jewelry. Kyler Cottrell, 29, is accused of stealing jewelry

NEW CANAAN - New Canaan police say a woman is facing charges for breaking into a home and stealing jewelry.

Kyler Cottrell, 29, is accused of stealing jewelry and watches from a home on Gerdiss Road.

She turned herself in Wednesday then faced a judge.

Cottrell is due back in court at the end of the month.
