Nora Weiss says she found a black widow spider in grapes from Whole Foods.

FAIRFIELD - A Fairfield woman says she found a black widow spider crawling in a bunch of grapes she bought at Whole Foods in Fairfield.

Nora Weiss posted a picture of it on Facebook.

Experts say the spiders are not native to Connecticut and can be deadly.

Weiss says she let the spider go outside in her yard.

A Whole Foods spokesperson says the bug somehow got by their inspection.
