An employee has been released from the hospital after being injured yesterday when a car crashed into the store she was working in.Norwalk police say

NORWALK - An employee has been released from the hospital after being injured yesterday when a car crashed into the store she was working in.

Norwalk police say the woman was sitting at a desk near the window when the car flew completely inside Duc Interiors on Westport Avenue.

The woman driving the SUV was pulling into a parking spot, but then stepped on the gas pedal by mistake.

The store has reopened following the incident.
