WESTPORT - A New York Times Tech columnist who lives in Westport is in trouble with the law after police say he and his wife were charged with disorderly conduct.

Officials say David and Jennifer Pogue, who are divorcing, had a "loud argument" on Monday over who's night it was to stay with the children.

David Pogue's lawyer says police were called after a brief confrontation between the two.
