Two people have been displaced following an early morning fire Sunday in Norwalk.
It happened just before 1:30 a.m. on North Bridge Street.
When firefighters arrived, they found the second floor fully engulfed with flames.
The two people inside along with their pet parrot were able to safely evacuated.
The home has been deemed unfit for occupancy and the Red Cross responded to help the couple find somewhere to stay.
No one was hurt, according to officials.
