MILFORD - The Oxford man who allegedly gunned down his wife went before a judge earlier today.

Scott Gellatly is accused of shooting estranged wife Lori Gellatly to death and critically wounding her mother while the couple's children were in the home. His case was moved from Derby to the Milford courthouse.

Those who know Gellatly say they were completely surprised by what happened.
