Police say that at least one man is dead after a car went into the Mill River in New Haven Sunday.
The car crashed through a fence and went into the water around 8:30 a.m. on Grand Avenue near East Street.
It is unknown whether anyone else was in the car at the time.
Police are still investigating a cause for the crash.
