BRIDGEPORT - A jury has sentenced a man to death for a triple murder in Bridgeport.

Richard Roszkowski shot and killed his ex-girlfriend, her 9-year-old daughter and another man on Seaview Avenue in 2006.

He had been sentenced to death in 2009, but a judge later overturned that sentence because of an error made during jury instructions.

The jury decided Roszkowski should get life in prison for the murder of the adults and the death penalty for killing the little girl.

He will be formally sentenced in May.
