Stamford police say a man has died after a drowning at an apartment complex tonight.
Officials say the victim, who lives at the Soundview Towers, went under the water due to a medical condition. Police say he was submerged for just less than 10 minutes.
News 12 Connecticut was told the victim's daughter told two people nearby that her father was underwater.
Police say the victim was brought to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
