Police arrested several suspects who are accused of breaking into and robbing two cars in Stamford Wednesday.
Justin Miller says a radio was stolen from his parked vehicle while he was visiting his girlfriend on Lillian Street.
"I'm just surprised because it happened right in front of the window," he says.
According to police, the owner of the second car that was broken into gave them an accurate description of the suspects' car, which led to the arrest of three to four people.
