Police say a suspect snatched a necklace off of a woman's neck.
On April 23, a 26-year-old woman was walking on University Avenue when the suspect allegedly grabbed her around the neck, took her necklace and ran off.
The suspect is described as 25 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.
