Police: 3 stabbed during love triangle assault on West Fordham Road and Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx

Police: 3 stabbed during love triangle assault on West Fordham Road and Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx
Three people were stabbed, one possibly in the face, in what appeared to be the result of a love triangle in the Bronx, according to police. 
It happened on West Fordham Road and Sedgwick Avenue around 1 a.m. in University Heights. 
Police say three people, a man and two women, were stabbed or slashed after an apparent love triangle between all three.
A 23-year-old woman was transported to Saint Barnabus Hospital with multiple stab wounds to her chest, arms, and possibly face. 
The woman is in stable condition, while the condition of the other man and woman are unknown, officials say. 
Police say they recovered a knife at the scene and are still investigating.
