The NYPD officers who helped save a Bronx teen's life surprised him by showing up at his graduation day over the weekend.
Chris Vacca, of All Hallows High School, had a heart attack and collapsed outside a fast food restaurant last year.
The officers performed CPR and used a defibrillator to revive him.
Since the incident, Vacca and the officers have stayed in touch, but he didn't know they were going to be the ones to hand him his high school diploma at graduation.
Vacca will attend John Jay College in the fall. He says he wants to pursue a career in law enforcement.
