Person of interest questioned in fatal shooting of 32-year-old Bronx mother, police say

Police are questioning a person of interest after a woman was fatally shot in the head in the Bronx Wednesday.
They say 32-year-old Sarisse Respass was shot inside her home at 3914 White Plains Road around 7 a.m. 
Police say they responded to a call for a person shot and discovered Sarisse unconscious with a gunshot wound to her head.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
One neighbor says she heard a single gunshot while getting ready for her morning run.
Other neighbors say Sarisse is a mother to young children.
