Malloy meets with union leaders to discuss budget

Gov. Dannel Malloy (D-Conn.) today met with union leaders and members to talk about concessions he's calling for in his proposed budget.

Malloy is banking on $1 billion in savings from state employees in each of the next two years to help close the $3.5 billion deficit.

The governor will be in Stamford, Greenwich and Norwalk in the coming weeks for town hall meetings, where people can voice their concerns about the budget.
