Gov. Malloy holds budget forum in Norwalk

Gov. Dannel Malloy (D-Conn.) was back in southwestern Connecticut tonight to defend his budget proposal.

The governor once again faced tough questions from residents about his across-the-board tax hikes and spending cuts.

He held the public town hall meeting at Norwalk City Hall.
