Fallen soldier from Woodbridge buried

A soldier from Woodbridge killed last week while serving in Afghanistan was buried today with full honors.

Pfc. Eric Soufrine, 20, enlisted last year in May and was deployed to Afghanistan in December. Officials say he was killed June 14 when his unit was attacked by insurgents with an explosive device.

Military officials say there have been more than 50 casualties from Connecticut since the start of the war in Afghanistan.
