Three years later, no arrests in Wilton teen's death

Monday marks the three-year anniversary of a Wilton teenager?s death, a case which remains an unsolved homicide investigation.

Police say Nick Parisot, 13, died after the motorized bike he was riding struck a rope tied between two trees along a wooded trail in Wilton.

Parisot?s parents launched a civil lawsuit against the family of another teen, who they claim is responsible for rigging the trail.

No arrests have been made in this case, and the civil lawsuit is still pending.
