Stamford students' garden vandalized

Some Stamford students say they are devastated after someone vandalized their community garden overnight.

Davenport Ridge Elementary School officials say students got off the bus this morning to find pots and planters overturned and vegetables torn to shreds.

Officials say they plan to use the incident to teach the kids about regrowth and perseverance through adversity.

Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to call them at 203-977-4777.
