Bridgeport School District looking to make $19 million in cuts

The Bridgeport School District has announced that it is looking to make nearly $19 million in cuts for the upcoming year's budget.

The proposed plan includes larger class sizes, relocating students from Dunbar Elementary School and eliminating more than 400 jobs.

The Bridgeport Board of Education could vote on the plan as early as June 13.
