Prominent Greenwich resident reportedly arrested for DUI in NY

A prominent real estate broker from Greenwich has reportedly been charged with driving drunk and endangering the welfare of his four children.

Published reports say Robert Futterman, 52, was arrested Saturday night in the Hamptons on Long Island.

Under Leandra's Law in New York State, the crime is classified as a felony that imposes tougher sanctions on intoxicated drivers who have children in the car under the age of 16.
