Bridgeport man accused of taping women

A Bridgeport man is facing more than 100 counts of voyeurism charges after police say he took videos under dozens of women's skirts in at least two southwestern Connecticut malls.

Police say Erik Carranza, 23, used a small camera to videotape women at the Trumbulll Mall, the Milford Mall and Lake Compounce Amusement Park.

They say a tip that Carranza was taping women at the Trumbull Mall prompted the arrest.

Officers say Carranza would walk up behind a woman and reach down with a camera to take a video.

Carranza is set to be in court on Thursday.
