Norwalk landlord arrested after scuffle

A Norwalk landlord has been arrested after a violent scuffle with a tenant and a guest.

Police say the incident happened Friday night outside the suspect's home on East Avenue.

Police say Leonel Garcia, 34, argued with the tenant and his guest while they ate outside.

Police say Garcia cut the guest's hand, then slashed the tenant's tires.

Garcia was released on bond and is expected in court later this month.

Police say the victim's cuts were not life threatening.
