Fairfield American Little League steps up to the plate

The Fairfield American Little League team is hoping for another winning season as it prepares for its first game in the New England Regional Tournament.

The 12-year-olds left Mill Hill Elementary School in style this morning. The kids rode in a limousine, complete with a police escort, all the way to Bristol, where the games will begin tomorrow.

The Little Leaguers say they're not too nervous and are focused on playing the best they can after months of hard work. If they make it through regionals, they'll be headed to the Little League World Series once again.
